Daily movement/energy/strength/neural dynamics /breathwork to complement the 5 Week Earth Programme.
I have organised the 10/15 min programme as a smorgasbord/ buffet style programme. You chose what works for you. The movements will be performed in the three customary positions that we start our class from, ie
Supine - on your back
Side lying
Prone - your front.
With each exercise I will indicate what the primary focus is ie energy , mindful movement etc.
Ideally, I would do the routine you select first thing in the morning when you get out of bed. However, before you get out of bed, would be the ideal time to do the stomach/spleen meditation. So a 20 min routine to kick start your day. Perfect!

Over the course of the next academic year, I would hope that everyone in the class gains an inner understanding of how to create a short daily programme that suits them and that perhaps changes with the seasons. I am always available to help you construct your programme.
