If you are looking for greater mobility , strength and flow in your low back and pelvis then this 14 Day Challenge is for you. Just set aside 15 minutes each day , preferably in the the same place, and open a new 15 minute session daily. The aim is to also work with the Bladder and Kidney meridians , which are assocaited with the water Element. At the end of the 14 days, your hips will feeling like dancing , your low back like lengthening, and the inner strength of your pelvis will be rooted into your feet.
