This comprehensive initiative serves as a natural progression from the Better Balance Better Walking Programme, where we were able to reconnect with and educate our feet through movement and awareness. Through expanding our awareness beyond the purely physical, we will engage a more hollistic approach to enhancing movement, strength and fluiidity in the low back pelvic region. Contrary to the traditional healthcare narrative dictating what can be done for us, the programme aims to inspire and empower us to discover what we can do for ourselves.
