Working as an holistic physiotherapist for over thirty years, I have developed a unique perspective and approach in how we can navigate and manage the mobility issues that we may encounter as we age. By blending education, breathwork, heightened body awareness, yoga postures, and mindful movement, you'll uncover innovative and effective strategies to enhance your mobility and ability. These combined practices open doors to fresh approaches that will serve you well, keeping you doing what you love, for longer. The Better Balance, Better Walking Online Programme is designed to get you engaging with your feet in a more meaningful and purposeful way, which will enhance and protect your knee, hip and lower back health. This will enable you to walk with greater fluidity, for longer periods of time and with greater energy, and if you suffer from pain then less pain. It will quite literally put a spring in your step! Our feet are the foundation stones for our balance posture and walking, yet we pay very little attention to them in our daily activities. Through educating our feet, and bringing the feet ‘online’, literally feeling the earth beneath them, we can transfrom the way we move. By the end of the programme you will be using all of your foot when balancing and walking. You will be amazed at the difference it makes.
